Bily is named after the mother-in-law of the creator, Arun Rajappa. Arun and his wife have been caring for her through her battle with cancer.
During this time they have found managing medicines & diet to be confusing & stressful. One weekend, Arun created a prototype app that would allow him to track his mother-in-law’s complicated prescription schedule. Finding it so useful for just his own situation, he turned to Assembly to gather a team of like-minded individuals to turn the prototype into a full-fledged product for the world to use.
